Do you only work on new buildings?
No. Renovations, remodeling, interiors and maintenance are a big part of what we do.
Can you manage a project for me?
Yes. Where it makes sense, we’ll coordinate the professionals, contractors and suppliers so one party is responsible for the whole job.
Can I contact you if I only have an idea?
Yes. You don’t need a full plan. The first conversation is about understanding what you want.
Do you provide interior design as well as construction?
Yes. We can design the interior and, depending on the job, handle buying and installation too.
Do you work with property investors?
Yes. We’re building up our services for investors, covering property assessment, improvements and development.
How do you determine the cost of a project?
We start with the scope and the site, then work out the costs. Bigger projects need a proper assessment before we can give you a final price.
Can you work with my architect or engineer?
Yes. We’re happy to work with the professionals you already have, as long as everyone’s responsibilities are clear.
Can you help maintain my property after construction?
Yes. Arkvision Care covers inspections, repairs, maintenance and upgrades after we finish.
