THE CHALLENGE
The client needed a two-storey office building on an open plot, built properly from the foundation up and finished so it was ready to use, yard included.
THE VISION
A clean, presentable building that was ready to move into, with a finished yard for parking and access.
OUR APPROACH
We built the frame, cast the first-floor slab with the plumbing sleeves already in place, then raised and plastered the walls. After that came the textured exterior coat, windows and doors, outdoor lighting, air conditioning and stamped concrete paving across the yard.
THE RESULT
A finished two-storey building with a clean, even exterior and a paved forecourt, ready for day-to-day use.
